Welcome to VoltEV Buggies. This website is operated by Voltev Solutions Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Voltev Solutions Pty Ltd trading as VoltEV Buggies.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with any other policies referred to on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Warranty Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

2. Our Products

We sell electric golf buggies, utility buggies, accessories, parts, and related products.

Our products may be used for golf, lifestyle, acreage, private property, light utility, commercial, resort, farm, or similar applications, depending on the model and customer requirements.

Product images, colours, specifications, features, accessories, and availability may vary from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate, but minor variations may occur due to production updates, supplier changes, screen display settings, or optional configurations.

Unless expressly stated in writing, accessories, optional extras, delivery, registration-related costs, insurance, or third-party services are not included in the listed product price.

3. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their intended use, location, terrain, storage conditions, and any applicable legal or registration requirements.

Some products may be intended for private property, golf course, lifestyle, farm, resort, or off-road use only. Customers should check local road rules, council requirements, registration requirements, golf course rules, workplace safety requirements, and insurance requirements before using a buggy in any public or regulated area.

We do not guarantee that any buggy is road legal, registrable, or suitable for use on public roads unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, request an invoice, or make a payment, you are making an offer to purchase.

An order is not confirmed until we accept the order and issue written confirmation, invoice confirmation, or payment receipt.

We may decline, cancel, or amend an order where:

• the product is unavailable;
• pricing or product information contains an error;
• payment has not been received or cleared;
• delivery cannot be arranged to the requested location;
• the order appears fraudulent or high risk;
• the requested configuration is unavailable; or
• we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Australian dollars.

Prices may be subject to change without notice. Promotional prices, discounts, or special offers may be limited by time, stock availability, location, payment method, or other conditions.

Payment terms will be set out in the invoice or written quotation. Full payment must be received and cleared before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where finance is offered through a third-party finance provider, approval is subject to the finance provider’s assessment, terms, conditions, fees, and eligibility requirements. We do not guarantee finance approval.

6. Finance Options

We may introduce customers to third-party finance providers from time to time.

Any finance application, approval, repayment schedule, interest rate, fees, charges, or credit decision is between the customer and the finance provider.

We are not responsible for the finance provider’s decision, application processing time, credit assessment, fees, repayments, or any finance agreement entered into by the customer.

Finance options may not be available for all products, customers, locations, or transaction amounts.

7. Delivery, Collection and Risk

Delivery and freight times are estimates only and may be affected by transport availability, weather, road conditions, public holidays, regional access, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure that the delivery location is safe and accessible for unloading.

Where a product is collected by the customer or by a transport provider arranged by the customer, risk in the product passes to the customer upon collection or handover to the transport provider.

Where we arrange delivery, risk passes in accordance with the delivery arrangement and applicable law.

Customers should inspect the product upon delivery or collection and notify us as soon as possible if there is any visible damage, missing item, or material issue.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Due to the nature of electric buggies and related high-value products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind unless required by law.

This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Warranty and Australian Consumer Law

Our products may be covered by our Warranty Policy, depending on the product type, use, and warranty terms provided at the time of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any warranty we provide is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace those rights.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, specifications, availability, or images are error-free at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
