Maintenance & Care

Our electric buggies are designed to be low maintenance and easy to operate, with modern lithium battery systems and durable components suited to Australian conditions.

Routine Maintenance

Basic checks should be carried out regularly to keep your buggy in good condition:

• Check battery charge level before use
• Inspect tyres for pressure and wear
• Ensure brakes, steering and lights are functioning properly
• Keep the buggy clean and free of dirt and debris

Regular visual checks help prevent issues and extend the life of your buggy.

Battery Care

Our buggies use lithium (LiFePO4) batteries, which require minimal maintenance.

To maximise battery life:

• Avoid leaving the battery fully discharged
• Charge the vehicle after use where possible
• For long-term storage, keep battery level between 70–90%
• Check battery condition periodically

Cleaning & Storage

• Clean the buggy using a soft cloth and mild detergent
• Avoid high-pressure water on electrical components
• Store in a dry, shaded and well-ventilated area
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sun, rain or moisture

Operating Conditions

More frequent maintenance is recommended when used in:

• Coastal areas (salt exposure)
• Dusty or muddy environments
• High-frequency or heavy-duty use

Professional Servicing

We recommend a full inspection by a qualified technician at least once per year to ensure all systems are operating correctly.

Important Notes

• Do not modify electrical or safety systems without approval
• Use only approved parts and accessories
• Any abnormal noise, overheating or performance issues should be checked promptly
