Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to products purchased from Voltev Solutions Pty Ltd trading as VoltEV Buggies.
We sell electric golf buggies, utility buggies, accessories, parts, and related products. Due to the size, weight, battery type, and handling requirements of our products, delivery arrangements may vary depending on the product, customer location, transport availability, and order details.
2. Delivery Areas
We can arrange delivery to many areas across Australia, subject to transport availability and access conditions.
Delivery costs and availability may vary depending on the delivery address, postcode, product type, vehicle size, delivery method, and whether special equipment is required for unloading.
For remote, regional, island, difficult-access, or non-standard delivery locations, additional freight charges or special delivery arrangements may apply.
3. Delivery Quotes
Delivery fees may be quoted separately unless expressly stated as included in the product price or written quotation.
Any delivery quote provided is based on the information available at the time of quotation, including the delivery postcode, address, product type, and transport requirements.
Delivery quotes may be subject to change if the delivery address changes, the product or order details change, transport costs increase, special handling or unloading equipment is required, the delivery location is difficult to access, the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate delivery information, or circumstances outside our control affect transport availability or pricing.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by factors including transport availability, carrier schedules, weather, road conditions, public holidays, regional access, customer availability, freight delays, and other events outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated where there are material changes to the expected delivery timeframe.
5. Customer Delivery Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the delivery address, contact name, phone number, and any access restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe, suitable, and accessible for the transport provider. This may include ensuring there is sufficient space for the vehicle to enter, park, unload, and safely complete delivery.
Customers must advise us in advance if there are any access issues, including narrow roads or driveways, steep slopes, low bridges, trees, gates or powerlines, soft ground, gravel, sand or uneven surfaces, restricted access for trucks or trailers, gated properties, delivery time restrictions, or any requirement for special unloading equipment.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unsafe access, customer unavailability, or site restrictions, additional delivery, storage, redelivery, or cancellation charges may apply.
6. Delivery and Unloading
Due to the size and weight of electric buggies, delivery may require suitable unloading access or equipment.
Depending on the transport method, the buggy may be delivered by truck, trailer, tilt tray, car carrier, enclosed transport, or other suitable transport method.
Customers must not attempt unsafe unloading or handling. If special unloading equipment or assistance is required, this must be arranged in advance.
7. Customer Collection
Customers may be able to collect products from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Collection must be scheduled in advance. Customers or their transport providers must bring suitable equipment, trailer, truck, ramps, tie-downs, and any other necessary equipment to safely load and secure the product.
Where a product is collected by the customer or by a transport provider arranged by the customer, risk in the product passes to the customer upon collection or handover to the transport provider.
8. Third-Party Transport Arranged by Customer
If the customer arranges their own transport provider, the customer is responsible for confirming that the transport provider is suitable for the product being collected.
We may assist with reasonable loading where possible, but we are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or additional costs caused by a customer-appointed transport provider after handover.
Customers should ensure their transport provider has appropriate insurance and equipment to transport the product safely.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery or Collection
Customers should inspect the product upon delivery or collection.
If there is visible transport damage, missing items, or a material issue with the product, the customer should notify us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos where practical.
For delivery arranged through a third-party carrier, customers should also note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery where possible.
10. Risk and Title
Risk in the product passes in accordance with the delivery or collection arrangement and applicable law.
Where the customer collects the product or arranges their own transport, risk passes to the customer when the product is collected or handed over to the customer’s nominated transport provider.
Where we arrange delivery, risk passes in accordance with the delivery arrangement and applicable law.
Title to the product remains with Voltev Solutions Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full and cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Batteries and Dangerous Goods
Some products may contain lithium batteries or other components that require specific handling, storage, or transport arrangements.
Delivery availability, freight cost, and delivery timeframe may be affected by battery transport requirements or dangerous goods restrictions.
Where required, batteries or related components may need to be transported separately or under specific freight conditions.
12. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by transport providers, weather, road closures, public holidays, customer unavailability, incorrect delivery details, regional access issues, customs or quarantine processes, supply delays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel an order or receive compensation, unless required by the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Shipping for Parts and Accessories
Parts and accessories may be shipped separately from vehicles.
Shipping costs, delivery times, and carrier options for parts and accessories may vary depending on the item size, weight, stock availability, destination, and carrier requirements.
Some bulky, fragile, oversized, or battery-related parts may require special freight arrangements.
