Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Voltev Buggies, our products are electric golf buggies and utility buggies, which are high-value items that may require preparation, inspection, registration-related checks, delivery arrangement, and customer-specific setup before handover.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been confirmed, prepared, delivered, collected, or used, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, finds a cheaper product elsewhere, no longer requires the product, or chooses the wrong model, colour, specification, or accessory.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy does not limit, exclude, or replace any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faults, Defects or Major Failures

If you believe your buggy or product has a fault, defect, damage, or major failure, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide:

  • your name and contact details;
  • proof of purchase;
  • the vehicle model and serial number, if applicable;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos or videos showing the issue where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Inspection Upon Delivery or Collection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle or product upon delivery or collection. If the item appears to be damaged during transport, incomplete, or materially different from the order, please notify us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Used, Demo and Clearance Units

Used, demo, clearance, or discounted units may have normal signs of use, cosmetic wear, or prior handling, which will be reflected in the sale condition and price.

These items are not returnable for change of mind. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Special Orders and Customised Products

Special order, customised, or customer-specific products may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind once the order has been confirmed or production/procurement has commenced, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Transport

If a return, repair, inspection, or replacement is required, the transport arrangement will depend on the circumstances of the issue and the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.

Please do not return any buggy, vehicle, battery, accessory, or part without first contacting us and receiving written instructions.
