Delivery & Shipping
Why do you use an aluminium chassis instead of steel?
Our buggies use an aluminium chassis which is naturally rust-resistant and better suited to Australian conditions, especially in coastal or humid environments.
What are the benefits of lithium batteries compared to lead-acid?
Lithium batteries offer longer lifespan, faster charging and more consistent performance compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.
They require minimal maintenance, provide stable power output, and are significantly lighter, which improves overall efficiency and driving experience.
What controller system do your buggies use?
Our buggies are equipped with high-quality AC motor controller systems, primarily using Curtis controllers, a globally recognised brand known for reliability and smooth performance.
We continuously work with leading suppliers and may introduce equivalent systems to ensure consistent performance, efficiency and long-term reliability.
Do you have stock available in Australia?
Yes, we hold local stock in Queensland (Moreton Bay, North Brisbane).
Inspection is available by appointment, and we can arrange delivery Australia-wide.
What is the difference between 48V and 72V models?
Our 2-seater golf buggies are equipped with a 48V 100Ah lithium battery and a 5kW AC motor, providing smooth and efficient performance ideal for golf courses and flat terrain.
Our lifted models use a 72V 100Ah lithium battery paired with a more powerful 7.5kW AC motor. This setup delivers stronger acceleration, better performance on slopes and uneven terrain, as well as an increased driving range.
In general, 48V models are best suited for golf and daily use, while 72V models are recommended for larger properties, heavier loads and more demanding conditions.
What terrain can your buggies handle?
Our buggies are designed for a wide range of conditions, including:
• Golf courses
• Acreage properties
• Gravel and uneven surfaces
• Light off-road use
Lifted models with all-terrain tyres are recommended for rougher terrain.
Do I need a licence or registration to drive one?
Our buggies can be configured to meet conditional registration requirements in certain areas.
For use on private property, registration and licensing depend on the property owner’s rules.
For use on public roads or shared areas, requirements vary depending on your local council. We recommend checking with your local authority for specific regulations.
Can I test drive before purchasing?
Yes, inspections and test drives are available at our Moreton Bay location by appointment.
Do you offer delivery across Australia?
Yes, we arrange delivery nationwide.
Delivery cost depends on your location — please contact us with your postcode for an accurate quote.
What kind of maintenance is required?
Our electric buggies are low maintenance compared to petrol vehicles.
Basic maintenance includes:
• Keeping the battery properly charged
• Checking tyre pressure
• General inspection of moving parts
We also provide support and spare parts locally if needed.
How long do lithium batteries last?
Our lithium batteries are designed for long-term use and typically last several years under normal conditions.
Battery lifespan depends on usage, charging habits and storage conditions.
Are spare parts and support available locally?
Yes, we stock parts locally and provide after-sales support to ensure your buggy stays in good condition.
What happens after I place an order?

• We will arrange delivery or pickup
• Provide setup guidance if required
