This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided for our vehicles under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage

For private use (non-commercial):

• Lithium Battery: 5 years  
• Motor & Controller: 2 years  
• Aluminium Chassis: 10 years (structural)  
• Other Components: 12 months  

For commercial / rental use:

• Lithium Battery: 3 years  
• Motor & Controller: 12 months  
• Aluminium Chassis: 10 years (structural)  
• Other Components: 12 months  

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

• Electrical system faults  
• Battery performance issues (within normal degradation limits)  
• Motor or controller failure  
• Structural defects of the chassis  

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, seats, etc.)  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper operation  
• Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions  
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs  
• Improper storage or maintenance  

Battery Warranty Notes

Lithium batteries naturally degrade over time.  
Warranty coverage applies if battery capacity drops below acceptable levels under normal use within the warranty period.

To maintain warranty validity:

• Avoid deep discharge for extended periods  
• Store battery at 70–90% charge for long-term storage  
• Follow charging and maintenance guidelines  

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us with a description of the issue  
2. Provide photos or videos where possible  
3. Our team will assess and advise on next steps  

Parts may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Important Notes

• Labour costs are not included unless approved in writing in advance  
• Any approved labour must be agreed before repairs are carried out  
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
